It is with great sadness that we report the death of Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss, the popular DJ for the ‘Ellen DeGeneres Show.’ Boss passed away at the age of 40.
Born in Montgomery, Alabama, Boss first rose to prominence as a dancer and choreographer on the hit TV show ‘So You Think You Can Dance.’ He became a fan favorite for his energetic and charismatic performances, and was a member of the show’s All-Stars team for several seasons.
In 2014, Boss joined the ‘Ellen DeGeneres Show’ as the resident DJ, quickly becoming a beloved member of the show’s cast and crew. He was known for his infectious energy and fun-loving spirit, and was often featured in segments and games on the show.
DeGeneres shared a statement on social media, saying “I am heartbroken by the news of Stephen’s passing. He was a talented dancer and an even more talented human being. He brought joy to everyone he worked with, and anyone who had the pleasure of watching him on TV. He will be greatly missed.”
